Tipton Elementary Update

The last couple of months have been very busy for the elementary students as they continue to learn and practice being students with good character.  Our Character Counts! pillars are Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring and Citizenship.

February 1st was an all school “hat day” in celebration of reaching the goal of 800 acts and words of kindness demonstrated by the students and staff of the elementary school.  The next goal is that of 1,000.

An assembly was held that highlighted the character pillar of Fairness.  Some of the younger elementary students performed a short play with a few adults from the staff called It’s Mine.
